We are happy to announce that Business Lingo, specialist translation and language services provider, has implemented the ISO 17100:2015 quality standard. In September 2016 a certification audit was carried out, which confirmed compliance of our procedures with ISO 17100:2015. No deviations from the standard were identified, Business Lingo was found to comply with all requirements of the sole quality standard applicable in the translation industry. The implementation and the satisfactory result of the audit is - both for us and for our customers - another confirmation that our translation services are of the highest quality, and the customer service is exemplary!

Ten years on the market! In September 2013 Business Lingo celebrates its 10th anniversary. During those years we managed to establish cooperation with many loyal customers who have appreciated our work and make our development possible. We have also employed a great number of professionals – excellent translators and proofreaders thanks to whom we are able to offer better and better services to an increasing number of customers. Thanks everyone for your confidence! We will try hard to make the next ten years of our operations at least as fruitful as it was so far.

We are proud to announce that this year in July, BUSINESS LINGO, a Kraków-based translation agency gained confirmation of the highest quality translation services, including legal, financial, technical and medical translation, by obtaining the recognised certificate with regard to quality management at translation agencies in accordance with PN-EN 15038:2006. The certification audit was carried out by Dekra Certification Sp. z o.o., an independent certification unit, which is the Polish branch of the German company DEKRA AG. BUSINESS LINGO has been operating in the professional translations market since 2003, and provides translation services in the fields of law, finance, telecommunications, IT, insurance, logistics, marketing, HR as well as medicine and pharmacy. The certificate confirms our compliance with the standard’s requirements and highest quality of provided services.
