On 16.04.2021 MAart Agency was recertified once again, following a full audit, against the ISO 17100 for specialized translation and localisation services and project management. The audit and recertification was done by Bureau Veritas Certification.
ISO 17100:2015 is the first international standard for translation services which was officially published on 01.05.2015 and then also approved as a European and Polish standard (as PN-EN ISO 17100). MAart Agency was the first company in the world to obtain independent ISO 17100 certification on 27.04.2015 (done by Bureau Veritas Certification).
ISO 17100 specifies the requirements for key resources and processes, and all the other relevant aspects of managing the translation process that a Translation Service Provider (TSP) needs to fulfill in order to demonstrate compliance with the standard and provide a quality translation service according to specifications. Conformance to the standard is established on the basis of a full independent audit performed by an accredited certification body acknowledged by a renown industry organisation that has developed an accredited industry certification scheme for the standard.
In May 2020 MAart Agency successfully passed the another annual control audit (100% score) for conformance to ISO 17100 Translation requirements standard within the scope of specialized translation and localisation services and project management. The audit was performed by Bureau Veritas Certification under the existing accredited certification scheme.
