MAart Agency has once again confirmed its commitment to delivering high quality services by renewing its ISO 9001 certificate in the areas of translation and interpretation, localization, translation project management, linguistic and technical conference services as well as training services in 2011. The new certificate was issued after a successful external audit conducted by DEKRA Certification Polska Sp. z o.o., a well-know independent certification unit. MAart has been ISO 9001 certified since 2004, and annual audits confirm the company’s commitment to delivery of high quality translation and localization services.

MAart Agency has once again confirmed the highest quality of its translation services, obtaining the maximum external audit score for compliance. The audit was conducted on 1 February 2011 by the Bureau Veritas Certification Polska Sp. z o.o., a reputed independent certification unit. As a result MAart Agency has once again confirmed the compliance of all its quality management procedures with the EN 15038 standard. The certificate includes the domain of translation and localization services as well as translation project management.
MAart Agency was the first translation agency in Poland and one of the first in the world to obtain an independent certification confirming the complete implementation of EN 15038 standard at the beginning of 2007.
The committee for the “Quality of the Year 2009” award programme organised by Gazeta Prawna Daily Business Report unanimously awarded this prestigious title to MAart Agency.
After a due diligence study of all nominated companies the Polish Centre for Testing & Certification (Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji S.A., PCBC) expressed their recognition of the excellent results achieved by MAart Agency in relation to the following criteria: critical parameters of services provided, effectiveness of quality management strategy, staff involvement in the optimisation of processes and achieving quality objectives, effectiveness of management, and objective achievements to date.
Thus, MAart Agency has once again demonstrated its dedication to quality management and assurance, and process improvement strategies set forth in the company’s Quality Management System, certified for compliance with the ISO 9001 and PN-EN 15038 standards.
The award was received by Monika Popiołek, President of MAart Agency, at the “Quality of the Year 2009” Gala ceremony held on 18 February 2010 in Katowice.
MAart Agency has again confirmed the top quality of its services by obtaining the maximum score at the audit conducted on 3 February 2010 by the Bureau Veritas Certification Polska Ltd., a renowned independent certification unit. The audit has confirmed MAart Agency’s 100% compliance with the EN 15038 standard in the domain of translation and localization services as well as translation project management.
MAart Agency was the first translation agency in Poland and one of the first in the world to obtain at the beginning of 2007 a certificate of EN 15038:2006 compliance issued by an independent certification unit following an external audit.
In February 2008, all MAart Agency departments and business processes underwent internal audits, and then, subsequently, detailed external validation and recertification audits by independent auditors from Bureau Veritas Certification under the quality systems recertification procedure according to ISO 9001:2006.
The successful recertification proves the highest quality of the translations provided by MAart, a translation agency who enjoys the confidence of such giants as ABB, Emerson Process Management, Vattenfall, Eli Lilly, MSD, Janssen-Cilag, numerous multinationals, government agencies and financial institutions as well as all the major EU bodies including the European Parliament and the EC.
