We are proud to announce that on 18th March 2016, DAMAR Translation Agency was awarded a certificate of compliance with the international standard ISO 17100 Translation Services - Requirements for Translation Services by the international and recognized auditing body - DEKRA. This certification located our company in a small group of companies (at least as far as the Polish market is concerned) who managed to get certified for such a “fresh” standard, since ISO 17100 has replaced the European and Polish standard for written translations in 2015.

In September this year our company celebrated 25^th anniversary! Being in a business for 25 years is not a piece of cake. Therefore, together with our employees and some of cooperating freelancers we celebrated this occasion during a Family Picnic on September 6th, 2014. The atmosphere was awesome and we have had a lot of fun! May this great atmosphere govern also the next 25 years of our work.

On the 17th and 18th October 2013 our colleague and employee of Damar Translation Agency, Eliza Jakubas put our mission of social responsibility into effect but providing free-of-charge interpretation support during Workshops attended by the employees of Dom Aniołów Stróżów in Katowice, Poland - an Association supporting children and youth of Katowice’s quarter Załęże. We are very glad that again we had a chance to bring our small contribution to noble aims. You can see some pictures of this event here.

We are delighted to announce that, on April 18th, 2012, the DAMAR Translation Agency achieved ISO 9001 accreditation, in addition to the translation industry standard PN-EN 15038, achieved through hard work and continual improvements in the way that we deliver our service.

The awards are an endorsement of our relentless drive for quality and a better understanding of our customers’ needs.
